It is within the same company that Marie-Antoinette and Audrey meet. Both attached to the administrative department, they quickly realize their professional compatibility. Two complementary administrative assistants, each with their own vision.

COVID-19 crisis

The awareness of these two assistants materialized during the lockdown of the health crisis. Despite having young children, they did not hesitate to double their efforts and ingenuity to fulfill their various tasks within increasingly shorter, even nonexistent, deadlines.

MAY 2022
Creation of Yanadmin

With all the experience they possess, these two assistants join forces to create Yanadmin in 2022. Executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals can now focus on their core business by relieving themselves of time-consuming administrative tasks.

Who we are?

Marie-Antoinette

I have been able to leverage my qualities and acquired skills throughout these years to successfully carry out my tasks. Over my 15 years of professional experience, I have held various positions, ranging from data entry clerk in a public administration to administrative assistant and executive assistant in a private company.

As a versatile administrative professional who has worked in both public and private sectors, I can perform traditional secretarial tasks as well as handle commercial follow-up and cooperation agreement management. I have experience in managing a fleet of vehicles, handling administrative tasks related to after-sales service, and taking care of customer relations, including administrative follow-up and debt recovery. I am also capable of coordinating and managing activities within a structure.

My strong interpersonal skills enable me to negotiate and communicate with enthusiasm, conviction, and professionalism, allowing me to carry out my tasks with great efficiency and autonomy.

Audrey

I am passionate about communication, organization, administrative management, logistics tracking, and many other administrative tasks. These 10 years of professional experience have made me an expert in administrative assistance.

I am a good communicator who listens to needs, and I am organized and dedicated to my various tasks and missions. As a valuable asset within a company as an executive assistant, I have taken charge of site management and administrative organization.

Being attentive to others, I can anticipate needs, which has facilitated the work of my team by handling all day-to-day matters related to my manager’s work.

I am known for being multitasking, persevering, and patient.

My diverse tasks range from performing traditional administrative secretarial duties to more complex ones, such as analyzing results, managing cooperation agreement files, and handling various logistics tracking tasks
